What is Subsequent Top-Up?
The price that is seen on the title of the package is for first time top-up to join the program. When you are out of credit, to maintain and continue with the plan, you just need to topup the subsequent topup to maintain the package that you sign up for !

How does Free Extra Credit Works
No matter is first topup or subsequent topup, BISHH will always provide additional FREE Credit to your wallet when you topup ! Example for Growth Plan RM3,699 + RM50 (FREE Credit) , total you will be getting RM3749.
What is VIP Order Priority
Starting from Growth Plan, you are entitled to our VIP Priority Order where your order will automatically pinned at the top of our ordering process sheet when order is submitted in our system. Our production team will always prioritize your order to make sure to be shipped out as soon as possible. Making sure your customer gets the t-shirt in lightning speed !
Is this a subscription plan?
No, this is NOT a monthly subscription. This is a top-up plan where it will deduct in your account wallet when you order a t-shirt with us, there is no expiry date and it would not be gone if haven’t been used a certain period of time.
What is Personal Account Manager?
For customers on the Big Boss Plan, a dedicated Personal Account Manager will be assigned to support your business operations. Your Account Manager assists with fulfilment coordination, helps you think through solutions for operational or business challenges, and provides guidance to improve your workflow.
They can also help monitor order processing by checking your e-commerce store together with you, ensuring orders are properly submitted, tracked, and fulfilled smoothly. This gives you a more hands-on support experience, so you can focus on growing your business with confidence.
