• 1–19 pcs → 3–5 working days
• 20+ pcs → 7–12 working days

• 20+ pcs → Depends on your target date, just let us know so we can arrange accordingly 💪

 

🕓 Cut-off Time:
Orders confirmed before 3:00PM will be counted as today’s order.

 

After 3PM will be processed on the next working day since our team needs time to sort artwork & sizes 🎨👚

Returned To Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to BISHH by the courier service used, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Under the circumstances that you are still unable to locate your package, kindly email us at sales@bishhmalaysia.com for further assistance.

Return & Exchange

We guarantee to compensate with a new piece when you return it to us within 7 days from the receiving day. However, no exchange is allowed after 7 days’ period. Below is the listed issue that BISHH is allowed to exchange a new item.

  • Wrong Printing, Number, Name on our side
  • Wrong Tshirt Size or Material given on our side
  • Torn or Broken Tshirt
  • Printing position is wrong on our side

No changes is allowed after order is made, please be sure on the design and sizes before confirming order.

Refund

Items purchased online can be refunded in one of the following ways:

  1. Items purchased online can be refunded once the customers do not receive the item within 30 days.
  2. Item purchased online can be refunded once the item purchased was out of stock.
  3. Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost, and no refund issued.
